Chinese New Year Celebration at the Library

Join the library for a Chinese New Year Celebration led by a local Chinese language teacher. Families will learn about the traditions and meaning behind Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse, followed by hands-on Chinese paper craft activities.
They’ll end the celebration with red envelopes and gold foil–wrapped chocolate coins, symbols of good luck and prosperity for the year ahead. This educational and creative event is fun for all ages—bring the whole family and celebrate together!
