Become an Oregon Master Gardener

Turn your passion for gardening into a force for community building and sustainable growing practices! Learn how to sign up for the Master Gardener Program at the downtown Klamath County Library on Wednesday, June 18th at 2pm.

Nicole Sanchez, who runs the Klamath County Master Gardener Program at the Oregon State University Klamath Basin Research and Extension Center, will give you an overview of what you’ll learn as an aspiring Master Gardener, and the skills you’ll be able to take back to your neighbors and community. Sanchez has worked in the horticulture industry for over 30 years, and has worked extensively with both home gardeners and commercial produce growers.

The presentation will be followed by the Friends quarterly meeting.
