Natalie Postles, the theater’s Marketing Director, provides a backstage tour of this historic theater, which originally opened as the art deco-styled Esquire Theatre November 30, 1940, featuring the movie “The Westerner” starring Gary Cooper. The 790-seat theater was renovated in the 1980s and officially opened as the Ross Ragland Theater in1989, offering year-round venues, including live music and stage performances, cultural events and movies.
