Klamath Falls, Ore. – In High School Baseball action, Henley went 4-0 on their trip to the Dalles Oregon, it was capped off yesterday as Henley Varsity Hornets grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 4-3, over Tillamook Varsity Cheesemakers. The game was tied at three in the bottom of the eighth when Corbin Hamilton singled, scoring one run.

Hornets tied the game in the bottom of the seventh, with two outs and bases loaded, when Ryan Douglas got hit by a pitch, followed by a two-run single by Carson Siems.

Corbin Hamilton showed the depth of Henley Varsity Hornets’ lineup, by leading them with two hits in three at bats. Siems led Henley Varsity Hornets with two runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-4 on the day.

 

Mazama’s Josh Borges and Silas Kapitan combined for a 5-hit shutout as Mazama claimed 3rd place in the White Buffalo Classic over Klamath Union yesterday

In college softball action…Oregon Tech will host Corban University today at Stillwell Stadium at OIT. Games are at 2 and 4 today and 11 and 1 tomorrow.
