From a Facebook Post from the Sheriff’s Office on Feb 25th:
At around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2026, Mazama High School administrators were made aware of a potential threat against the school by a student that was posted on social media. Law enforcement investigated and the student was taken into custody. Our school resource officer will be on campus tomorrow Feb. 26, 2026, and school will be operating on a regular schedule.
