Arrest Made in Henley High School Burglary

On Friday, September 5, 2025, the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office responded to Henley High School after staff discovered a burglary that occurred overnight. Surveillance footage showed two male suspects entering a detached classroom and stealing 20 Google Chromebooks and a lifelike training doll used in a parenting class. The estimated loss was approximately $6,500.
Thanks to coordinated efforts with the Oregon State Police, one of the suspects was identified as Brandon James Brown. Over the weekend, deputies recovered 18 stolen Chromebooks connected to the theft. On Monday, September 8, deputies located Brown wearing the same clothing seen in surveillance footage. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Klamath County Jail for:
• Burglary II
• Theft I
• Criminal Trespassing II
• Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle
We want to thank OSP Troopers and our deputies for their teamwork in quickly identifying a suspect and recovering stolen school property.
This case remains under investigation.
