Klamath Falls, OR – Thursday July 17, 2025, Late Tuesday night, July 15, a fire occurred in a medical office building on the Sky Lakes campus. The building housed two clinics: the Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic and the Behavioral Health Clinic.
We are grateful to report that no injuries occurred, and emergency personnel responded swiftly to contain the situation. Due to the incident, both clinics have temporarily paused operations through the rest of the week to ensure safety, relocate operations, and assess damage.
Beginning Monday July 21, both clinics will resume service at new locations:

Sky Lakes Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic will now see patients at Sky Lakes Women’s Health Clinic, located at 2801 Daggett Avenue.

Sky Lakes Behavioral Health Clinic will see patients at the Klamath Heart Clinic located at 3001 Daggett Avenue, Suite 101.
Patients with scheduled appointments are being contacted directly with updated location and check-in information.
