CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech junior Tatum Schmerbach was named McDonald’s-Urban Edge Network Cascade Conference Player of the Week for the third time this season, announced by the league office.
Schmerbach averaged 20.5 points and seven rebounds per game, helping the Lady Owls to road wins at Walla Walla and No. 15-ranked Lewis-Clark State, improving to 5-1 in CCC play.
Against WWU, Schmerbach scored 24 points with nine rebounds, while a night later, she posted 17 points against LC State, as Tech earned their first-ever road win over the Warriors.
OIT returns home this weekend, hosting Eastern Oregon and College of Idaho – with Friday’s game vs. EOU the 16th annual Pink Out, presented by Sky Lakes Cancer Treatment Center.
