CORVALLIS, Ore. – For the second time in three weeks, Oregon Tech’s Jackson Cooper was selected as McDonald’s-Urban Edge Network Cascade Conference Men’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office.

The junior averaged 23 points and six rebounds in the Hustlin’ Owls two games at the Royals Thanksgiving Classic – including a career performance in Tech’s win over The Master’s.

Cooper scored a career-high 38 points in the victory, the most points scored by an OIT player since 2020 – becoming the 15th player in program history to score 38-or-more points in a game. He finished 13-of-18 from the field, while converting 12-of-13 free throws – adding nine rebounds.

The Hustlin’ Owls return home for the next four games, starting Friday night against Evergreen State.
