Beavers Fall to Wazzu in Season Finale

PULLMAN, Wash. – Oregon State fell to Washington State, 32-8, in the season finale on Saturday afternoon at Gesa Field at Martin Stadium.

True freshman Tristan Ti’a made his first career start and completed 28-of-41 passes for 240 yards, including a 12-yard touchdown pass to Trent WalkerJake Reichle converted the two-point conversion on a short run

Anthony Hankerson rushed for 71 yards and concluded the season with 1,086 yards, becoming the first Oregon State player to rush for back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons since Jacquizz Rodgers hit that mark three-straight years in 2008-10.

Walker led the receiving corps with seven receptions for 61 yards, while Bryce Caufield added six catches for 56 yards and Jamai East had career highs with five receptions and 56 yards.

Andy Alfieri had an Oregon State team-high nine tackles, including a fumble recovery, Tyree Blake added seven tackles and Takari Hickle finished the game with six tackles.
