Klamath Falls, Oregon – The City of Klamath Falls is announcing a street closure on Halloween evening. The ever popular Pacific Terrace area is preparing for the onslaught of trick or treaters on Halloween night. Pacific Terrace will be closed from Earle Street to Van Ness Avenue. The closure is being implemented for the safety of the children while they are trick-or-treating.
For the safety of the children and their families, you’ll want to drive with caution on the side streets and throughout the Basin.
