MESA, Ariz. – Oregon Tech closed out the men’s soccer non-conference schedule with a scoreless draw against Park Gilbert at the Arizona Soccer Grounds.
The Hustlin’ Owls (2-0-3) remained unbeaten on the season – the fourth time the club has posted an unbeaten record through five matches (2019, 2021, 2022).
Tech held a 7-6 edge in total shots, with keeper Harvey Bolland making one save – a 78th minute stop of a Monte Amaliky shot to complete the clean sheet.
The Owls had three shots on frame – all from Sylver Schweiger – shots in the 21st and 53rd minute and a header late in the contest. Bucs (1-2-1) keeper Nicklas Legesen held strong to keep the game scoreless.
OIT will play a non-counter on Friday night, traveling to Spokane for a friendly against Division I Gonzaga, before returning home on Sept. 19 for the Cascade Conference opener vs. Northwest.
