KLAMATH FALLS, Ore – The Klamath Falls Falcons will play 18 home games at Kiger Stadium this year including a stretch of eight games from June 20th – June 26th. The Falcons will also travel to two tournaments in June, taking trips to Roseburg and Medford.
The Falcons will also host a baseball camp on June 17th and 18th.
Last season the Falcons finished 11-19 overall with a 7-9 record in conference play. The Falcons were one win away from qualifying for the 2023 AAA State tournament that the Post 158 Barbers would eventually claim. It was their first season competing in ‘Area 4’ Legion baseball since 2019 when they earned a berth to the AAA State Tournament by hosting the event at Kiger Stadium.
Tryouts for the Falcons are held Memorial Day weekend at Kiger. Over 3,500 young athletes participate in American Legion baseball nationwide each year. Eligibility is explained on legion.org and an age chart can be seen here.
