Meeting Note: The City will be holding the May 7, 2024 Regular Meeting (both in-person and remotely) for Public Participation. For public participation through a Remote Meeting forum (contact the City Recorder via email for the Zoom Meeting instructions/invitation by 1pm on the day of the meeting). The City will also YouTube LIVE Stream the regular meeting and the video will be available through the BoardDocs Link and instructions listed below. The City Council Agenda for the above-referenced date is Live on BoardDocs. You can access the Agenda thru the City’s Public Portal at: http://go.boarddocs.com/or/cokf/Board.nsf/Public then just click on the “meeting date” and then the icon that states “view the agenda.” There is also a link on the City’s Website. If you have an agenda item for the meeting you can click on the specific item and then the printer icon to print the report. If you need the report attachments you may click on the file attachments and open them to print.
The City, on May 7, 2024 will also be LIVE Streaming the Regular Meeting on YouTube. The best way to access the YouTube Stream Link is to log into BoardDocs (link highlighted above) and click on the appropriate Meeting Date, and then on the Agenda Face Sheet as there will be a slightly highlighted camera icon to click on which will enable you to watch the meeting as soon as it starts to live stream. Other than that path, you may search YouTube for the Klamath Falls/City Council Meetings.
