KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, members of the Basin Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (BINET) served search warrant(s) in the 1500 block of Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, Klamath County, Oregon. BINET received information from several sources, including members of the community, regarding the residence being a suspected drug distribution location. BINET initiated an investigation and learned there was Fentanyl and Methamphetamine being sold from the residence. Investigators obtained search warrant(s) and searched the residence and an associated vehicle. BINET members seized approximately one (1) pound of methamphetamine, 1⁄2 ounce of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Psilocybin Mushrooms, LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide), United States Currency believed to be the proceeds of sales of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl, and evidence of distribution of controlled substances.
After serving the search warrants, BINET arrested and lodged the following individuals at the Klamath County Jail;

This BINET investigation included detectives from the Klamath Falls Police Department, detectives from the Oregon State Police, Klamath Falls Police Patrol Officers, Oregon State Police Patrol Troopers, an intelligence analyst from the Oregon National Guard, and members of Klamath County Community Corrections.
BINET is a multi-jurisdictional narcotics task force that identifies, disrupts, and dismantles local drug trafficking organizations using an intelligence-driven, multi-agency prosecutor-supported approach.
