Klamath Falls, ORE — Sleep is often the first thing we sacrifice during busy times, yet it plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being.

Recognizing the importance of rest, the Sky Lakes Wellness Center is hosting a special class dedicated to helping you achieve better sleep.

On Thursday, February 15, from 5:15 to 6:30 PM, a behavioral therapist Jeanette M. Rutherford, will be on hand to shed light on the significant, often overlooked benefits of a good night’s sleep, including maintaining a healthy weight, reducing stress levels, enhancing memory, and potentially increasing lifespan.

Participants will engage in relaxation and mindfulness exercises designed to promote better sleep.

Additionally, the class will cover various tools and strategies, including digital applications and cognitive-behavioral techniques, to help attendees understand and implement practices that can lead to improved sleep quality.
