This person has never worked for Charter/Spectrum and actually made it more difficult for others to get real information. I have been trying my best to combat any misinformation regarding the weather-driven outages. This picked up more steam than I have the ability to keep up with, as I’m actually one of the technicians in the field trying to keep our system the cleanest in the PNW.
You are not helping by disregarding research as well and it is absurd that a site dedicated to actual events would follow through on giving credit to someone for fixing something he knows nothing about.
