Commissioner Henslee Will Be Available on his Cell Next Year

Klamath Falls, Ore. – Klamath County Commissioner Dave Henslee has a busy year ahead of him. The Commissioner has been added to a variety of state-wide and federal boards and committees and is also up for reelection this spring.  He says, ” You’ve got my cell phone, if you need me, call me, but I may not be here as much next year as I really focus on the work of three (other) work groups.”

He explained during the commissioners reports section of the business meeting yesterday that he is going to Salem to work on measure 110 reform, find the shortfall in funding for the Community Corrections Taskforce and he has a federal responsibility to the Rural Affairs Committee for the National Association of Counties which will send him to Washington DC and Florida a  few times next year. He also announced on Facebook that he bought a villa in Italy this year which will presumably also occupy his time overseas.
