Corvallis, Ore – The Beavers rallied behind a double-double from Michael Rataj to get past Cal Poly in double-overtime.
Jordan Pope hit the game-winning shot that was followed by a pair of KC Ibekwe layups to put the game out of reach in the final moments of overtime.
For Oregon State, Rataj led the team with 18 points and grabbed 10 boards to secure the double-double. KC Ibekwe added 14 points and eight rebounds. The Mustangs featured a dual threat of Quentin Jones who scored 21 points, and Kobe Sanders who poured in 19.
Oregon State improved to 5-3 on the season and will play Utah Valley on Saturday.
