Klamath Falls, Ore. – A local former Nurse who was charged with multiple sex crimes involving minor children changed her plea on Friday morning and has received 12 years in prison.
Tiffany Fregoso, age 36, was first arrested in October 2022 after the mother of a 14-year-old boy overheard his conversation with the defendant that she described as “inappropriate for a teenager”.
According to the Judge in the case, the conviction of felony sex offenses will require Fregoso to report as a sex offender once she is released and will mandate that she not be in the presence of minor children from that point forward.
