People are starting to arrive for The Ring of Fire Eclipse this week. Eclipse Fest opened yesterday and thousands are expected to arrive here in Klamath Falls to view the Ring of Fire Eclipse however, the weather on Saturday could be a lot like today with showers and clouds.
Damn the torpedoes full speed ahead, we could expect traffic delays, slow cell service, and heavy demand on medical, police, and fire services according to officials.
If you haven’t done it already, now is the time to stock on staples like milk, bread, and TP for the weekend, and grab some cash from the ATM. It’s also a good idea to fill your gas tank and get a pair of eclipse glasses if you can find a pair in town now. Most important though, enjoy yourself.
The next annular eclipse will happen next year but you’re gonna have to go to the middle of the Pacific and Southern Argentina to see it. If the clouds part long enough to see this thing on Saturday, you’re not going to want to miss it.
