KFALLS Kidnapper Charged in Previous Rape/Kidnapping

KFALLS Kiddnapper Nagazi Zuberi is facing new charges which if proven, demonstrate his repeat behavior as a serial rapist and kidnapper in Klamath Falls. According to court documents, Zuberi was charged on September 21 in a separate case from the July incident where Zuberi kidnapped, raped, and locked a woman in his Eldorado Ave home. The first incident allegedly took place on May 6 and included 11 charges of first-degree rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, and kidnapping, all of which involved the use or threat of use of a firearm or taser. Zuberi tried to break out of prison last month by breaking out a window in a secure facility where he was being held, but those charges have been dismissed for now as his lawyers have an uphill battle with the kidnapping and rape cases. Zuberi’s jury trial for the July kidnapping case is scheduled for December 12 in Medford.
