The North El Dorado Ave man who was arrested on interstate allegations is back in Oregon. Negasi Zuberi is said to have impersonated a police officer in order to abduct a woman in Seattle. He then allegedly transported the woman back to his home in Klamath Falls, sexually assaulting her and locked her in a cinder block cell Zuberi built in his garage that he rented from Mayor Carol Westfall and her husband. As the crime took place across state lines, it will now be handled by the Oregon U.S. District Court in Medford.
