Weekend of Learning and Exploration with Klamath County Museum

A weekend of exploration and learning here in Klamath Falls coming up. 

First up on Friday night The Klamath County Museum will be out at the Fort Klamath Museum on Highway 62 for a viewing of  the Perseid meteor shower  Museum staff and volunteers will be host viewer both Friday and Saturday  from 6 p.m. to midnight with a presentation of the Science of Shooting Stars at 830 both nights.

And on Saturday and Sunday they’ll host a A free walking history tour to explore the falls on the Link River for which Klamath Falls was named. The weekend walk will cover up to a mile along the Link River Trail. For more information about either event, contact the museum at (541) 882-1000.
