Pac-12 moving men’s tournament to Las Vegas

The Pac-12 tournament has a new home.   The men’s basketball tournament will be moving to Las Vegas beginning next season, commissioner Larry Scott announced Tuesday.  The Pac-12 has agreed to a three-year deal with the MGM Grand Garden Arena to host the men’s tournament, effectively ending its 11-year run with Staples Center.
