Woman Dies After Fall from Cliff

Multnomah County, Ore.– A woman hiking near Horsetail Falls fell at 50 feet down a cliff yesterday evening, and died as first responders tried to getting her to a waiting ambulance. Rescuers say the 37-year old woman’s 3-year old son was also hurt. The woman’s name hasn’t been released.

Forest Road Closure Begins Today

Klamath Falls, Ore.– Forest Service Road 28 on the Fremont-Winema National Forest just outside of Lakeview will be closed starting today.
