A Redmond man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for allegedly causing a road rage incident on Highway 97 that left a motorcycle rider with serious injuries.
Oregon State Police say 20-year old Just Durr got mad when another vehicle passed him. He tried catching up to the car, and ended up forcing a motorcycle to crash. The driver of the motorcycle, 40-year old Jerome Worley, was taken to a Bend hospital by helicopter.
Durr was arrested and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail on the charges of Reckless Driving and Assault III.
