La Pine man sentenced for fraud

A La Pine man was sentenced to 2 years in prison for defrauding people on eBay.
Erik Johnson pleaded guilty in January to one count of money laundering  after being indicted on 21-counts.
Prosecutors say he conned about 90 eBay customers out of nearly $190,000 by selling high-end digital cameras and only sending out about five-thousand dollars worth.
A judge agreed to allow Johnson to wait until September to begin serving his sentence so he can complete studies at a community college.
