Salem, Ore.– Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum is one of 29 state AG’s that signed a letter submitted to the Federal Drug Administration asking the agency to impose restrictions on electronic cigarettes. The letter asks the agency to prohibit TV advertising, and ban candy and fruit flavors that have made the e-cigarettes popular. The FDA has said it intends to prohibit sale of the smokeless devices to anyone under 18.
