Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charges

Klamath Falls, Ore.– Two men were arrested after a traffic stop yesterday. The Herald and News reports that a Klamath County Deputy noticed that the car had a license plate registration tab on the back that didn’t match the one on the front. When he stopped the vehicle, the driver consented to a search— that’s when the deputy found small amounts of crystal and liquid meth, tar heroin, marijuana, and a bag of Vicodin, along with drug paraphernalia, and other equipment that may have been used to burglarize cars. 44-year old Frank Anthony Higuera and 32-year old Howard Brandon Hughes each face charges.
