Kidnapping Suspect Requests Release for Rehab

Klamath Falls, Ore.– The man charged with trying to kidnap a Klamath Falls boy last month is asking the court to allow him to moved into a rehabilitation facility after he broke his hip in jail. Court records show 72-year old Mark Gorman was released from the jail on June 30th for medical reasons. He’s been ordered to have no contact with minors, including the victim.  He was not in court for a hearing yesterday, but is scheduled for another hearing later this month.
