Motorcycle-related Deaths on the Rise

Klamath Falls, Ore.– A recent surge in motorcycles wrecks in Oregon is prompting the Oregon Department of Transportation to reminder drivers of all types of vehicles to use extra caution. So far this year, 19 people have died in motorcycle crashes– last year there hadn’t been any by this time in the year. Motorbikes are more likely to be out on the road when the weather is warm and dry, and this is also the time of year when more newer, inexperienced motorcycle drivers are out on the road.
