OSP Busts Credit Card Fraud Scheme



Oregon State Police pulled over a vehicle for speeding, and end up busting a credit card scam. The driver of the car initially gave Troopers a fake driver’s license when they pulled the man over on I-84 near Baker City. In the trunk of the man’s car were 59 credit cards, most with the same fake name, all con

aining a magnetic strip with a real person’s credit card information. 31-year old Isney Echavarria-Perez from Las Vegas is being held on bail.
