Bray Sentenced for Shooting Husband

prison

Klamath Falls, Ore. – A Klamath County woman will spend 90 months in jail for shooting her husband. A jury found Elizabeth Bray guilty of first degree assault after she shot her husband in November of 2010. Prosecutors say she was intoxicated at the time, and that the gun mis-fired twice before a third attempt lodged a bullet in her husband’s shoulder. He wasn’t breathing when paramedics arrived on the scene, but he did survive the shooting after a lengthy recovery.
