Suspect in Jackson County District Attorney’s Office bombing reportedly confessed to police



MEDFORD, Ore. –The man that is the suspect in the bombing at the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office has reportedly confessed to the crime.

Newly-released federal court documents say Alan Leroy McVay, who was arrested last week in connection with the bombing on November 13th, admitted to police that he had set the bomb in order to delay his sentencing in a burglary case.

McVay stated that he drove to the DA’s office and threw the bomb at a window, then drove off before it exploded.
