Oregon sea lions sent to zoo on the East Coast

BONNEVILLE, Ore. — Four sea lions rescued in Oregon and California have new homes in New York City.

The Wildlife Conservation Society says two new female sea lions are now on exhibit at its Prospect Park Zoo in Brooklyn. They were orphaned and found in

California. Two adult male sea lions from Oregon now live at the Queens Zoo. They came from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife in Bonneville.
