Public’s help needed to find poacher of trophy buck in Bend

BEND, Ore. — The Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife Division is asking for the public’s help in locating the person or people responsible for poaching a trophy sized buck deer that was found Monday morning in Bend.

A reward is also being offered through the Oregon Hunters Association Turn-In-Poachers program.

Yesterday around 7am someone that lives in the area found a seriously injured deer that had been shot with an arrow along Duncan Lane near Reed Market

Road and the Highway 97 Parkway in Bend.  OSP troopers believe the deer was shot sometime between 6:00pm on Sunday, and 6:00am Monday.
