KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The Klamath Falls Gems finished out the 2013 season with a series-ending 12-3 loss to the Corvallis Knights on Sunday afternoon at Kiger Stadium. With the loss, the Gems finish with a 25-28 record, one win short of the franchise’s best record, which was set in 2012. Klamath Falls lost six in a row to close out the season.

Nick Sabo (6-3) took the loss in his 12th start of the season, but finished with a West Coast League-best six wins.  Chris Bishop (5-2) won his fifth straight start for Corvallis, which won the South Division with a 37-17 overall record. Dylan Rogers knocked in two runs with a two-out double to pace the Gems offense.
