KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Klamath County commissioners want the state to take charge of the county mental health care program here as soon as possible.

Employees on staff have been reduced considerably from 30 to 10 people on staff in a gradual move to turn the services over to the state.

They hope to have the state completely in charge by August 1st.
