West Nile virus found in Oregon

ONTARIO, Ore. — It’s been almost a month since the first mosquitoes were found that tested positive for West Nile virus in Oregon.

This is the earliest start to the season ever.

The virus was found in a bird, and that means that it’s likely people wil now start getting the virus.

The bird, which was a dead crow, was found a few days ago on private property in Eastern Oregon.
