Klamath Falls judge refuses to turn water back on in the basin

KLAMAT FALLS, Ore. — A Klamath Falls judge has decided to continue the water shut offs here in the Klamath Basin. That leaves standing a state decision giving the

Klamath Tribes senior water rights. The tribes want to protect threatened fish, and the ranchers and farmers need the water for their crops and

animals to survive. Judge Cameron Wogan said that the appeals could take five to 10 years, and to move forward with shut offs.

What a moron, I say forget the fish and seriously tell the Indians to take a freak in hike. They have gotten to much already. Its time to fight with more than just words if this keeps up!
