Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation awards CASA $7,500



KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation just awarded $7,500 to CASA in Klamath County to implement and expand their new Peer Coordinator Model program.

CASA in Klamath County is one of the few counties in the country using this program to leverage funds which wil also enable them to help more kids in foster care.

The Peer Coordinator Model will also help increase their volunteers instead ofmore paid positions by taking seasoned CASA Volunteers and having them work with new CASA Volunteers coming into the program.
