The 38 people that were busted on Wednesday morning for allegedly operating a methamphetamine and gun distribution network have all appeared in court and
have been arraigned.
The defendants appeared before a packed courtroom via teleconference from the Klamath County Jail on a number of charges including racketeering and distribution of methamphetamine. Many didn’t even know what they were being charged with, and some were shocked at the amount of their bail, which ranged from $25,000 to $10,000,000.
Authorities were looking for 10 other people, but seven of those have been tracked down as of today. Three more are still on the loose.
