KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — A Corvallis man didn’t learn his lesson the first time he got busted for drunk driving the other day, so he got behind the wheel less than two hours after being stopped and arrested the first time. 40-year-old Juan Jose Mejia Gutierrez had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 when they brought him to the jail on Sunday morning. Capt. Greg Ridler of the Benton County Sheriff’s Office says Gutierrez was issued a citation and released to a friend. Soon after, police learned he was driving the same pickup he left behind after the first arrest. Officers then went to his house, and arrested him again.
