KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — An Oregon State Police investigation has led to the arraignment of the former Merrill city recorder in relation to the alleged theft of $75,000.

48-year-old Deborah Sue Fuller of Klamath Falls was arraigned on multiple counts of aggravated theft and theft in the first degree, as well as one count of official misconduct.

A secret indictment warrant was issued for Fuller on Tuesday following an investigation that began last summer, when she was still the city recorder.
