OSP traffic stop leads to multi-town marijuana bust

LAKEVIEW, Ore. — The Oregon State Police seized over five pounds of marijuana after a traffic stop near Lakeview last week. OSP said Wednesday that a trooper pulled over a vehicle with Utah license plates on Highway 140 East near milepost 13 and arrested two women, 54-year-old Susan M. Jackson and 53-year-old Cheryl K. Jackson. The two were charged with Unlawful Possession and Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

Through an investigation, OSP also arrested 61-year-old Timothy E. Wyatt in Gold Hill after they discovered 39 pounds of marijuana. He was charged with Unlawful Manufacture, Possession and Distribution of a Controlled Substance.
