BAKER CITY, Ore. — There were two opportunities for the Imbler Panthers to turn the tide against Hosanna Christian in the opening round of the 1A OSAA Boys Basketball State Championship final site tournament.

Both times, Hosanna Christian was able to ride it out and get a 52-40 victory.

The win moves the Lions to the semifinals Friday against top-seed Horizon Christian (3 p.m. – 960 the Sports Legend radio), which defeated Country Christian 53-42.
