KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Flyers from Klamath Falls to Portland can sleep in a little longer starting Thursday. The Klamath Falls Airport announced its schedule for Portland departures has moved back to 8:30 a.m. instead of the 6 a.m. take off time.
Airport director John Longley says he believes travelers will be pleased with the change, since the typical passenger is flying for business. The change also allows for those missing the 5:15 a.m. San Francisco departure to fly to their ultimate destination through Portland.
The return flights for both cities remain about 11 p.m. each night.
