SALEM, Ore. – Over 73 percent of Klamath County School District students graduated during the 2011-12 school year according to statistics released by the state this week.
That’s above the 68 percent of Oregon students graduating in total.
Bonanza, Henley, Lost River and Mazama High Schools all graduated more than 73 percent of its students.
56 percent of Klamath Falls City Schools students graduated in the same time frame. Klamath Union High School graduated 83 percent of its students, while Eagle Ridge High School saw a 72 percent graduation rate.
In Lakeview, 88 percent of students earned diplomas.
KCSD, KFCS and Lakeview High all increased their rates from the 2010-11 school year.
