Woman arrested for drunken driving after hitting police car

BEND, Ore. — A woman has been arrested for drunken driving after hitting a Bend police patrol car late Tuesday.

Oregon State Police say 35-year-old Tina Rae Taylor of Bend was arrested on the drunken driving charge, plus assault and reckless driving, after the car she was driving plowed into the rear of the police car.

The officer, Justin Lovrien, was treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital.
